Tyler Parrado of St. Peters also competed at the Metuchen Relays in the 1600.

What We are Reading
As I sit here writing, I'm drinking a nice cup of coffee (shout out to Rook Coffee) But, an article on Outside Online, made me rethink my daily coffee habits. I love coffee and the extra energy it gives me but, after reading the article I'm re-thinking when and how much I drink. Often, we replace a lack of energy with coffee rather than going to the source of the problem, a lack of sleep. So, join us in trying to get to the source of the problem rather than covering it up!
What we are listening too
In anticipation of the start of Outdoor, we firgured we'd throw it back to XC and check out Radix's very own Coach McCafferty in MileSplit Coaches Corner Episode 6: CBA's Sean McCafferty !
Quote of the Week
