Coach and Owner MICHAEL MAZZACCARO
Mazz is a native of New Jersey. He is the assistant coach at Christian Brothers Academy. During his time as a Colt at CBA, Mazz won six Non-Public A state titles and led Christian Brothers to a Meet of Champions XC title. He ran 15:20 at Holmdel Park and was a High School All-American. Upon graduating from CBA in 2011, Mazz continued his running career at Princeton University. While at Princeton, Mazz was an Academic All-American and Ivy League runner-up.

Director of Camp Life: Ben Weingart
Ben has been a Radix Camp member since the beginning! Ben takes all of Radix's photos and more importantly gives Radix amazing energy. All summer Ben eats, sleeps, and runs camps. He is an expert in the field and we all benefit not just from his camera but from having him around all week. Ben is also an accomplished runner having competed for Northeastern, owning a sub 15 min 5k pr!

Coach Sean McCafferty
Coach Sean McCafferty is the Head Coach of Christian Brothers Academy. He is the three-time NJ XC coach of the year and has led the Colts since 2016. Every year Coach McCafferty has been at CBA, the Colts have finished in the top 25 in the country. Prior to CBA he was the head coach at Holmdel High School leading them to several Group 2 state championships. Coach McCafferty was also an accomplished runner in his day competing for Princeton University in College and Central Regional in High School. Every year at camp, Coach McCaff provides gives one of the greatest talks we have to offer!

Coach John Nagel
Coach Nagel is the head coach and Athletic Director of St. Dominic Academy in Jersey City. Coach Nagel has over 40 years of experience in the sport and has led the Blue Devils to several NP-B XC and Track titles. He continues to be a legend in Jersey City Sports and is a hall of fame coach. Coach Nagel's innovative talk on perspective is always a camp favorite and we can't wait to hear how it changes year after year!
